Returns and Exchanges
At Maisie & Co. we want you to love your purchase as much as we do.
We carefully and lovingly make each and every product with the utmost care to ensure each item is made to the highest standard of quality. If however, your item is faulty we will happily offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by emailing maisie.n.co@outlook.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges if return is due to incorrect size or change of mind.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

If the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will issue a refund or exchange, depending on the customer's preference.

​Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please keep in mind that all custom orders are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
